Compassionate, personalized psychotherapy in Santa Barbara and via Telehealth throughout California.
Helping adults, children, teens, and couples gain balance and growth, thereby achieving a sense of well-being through an integrative therapeutic approach.
“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination”
- Carl Rogers
Since 2011, I have had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, and couples navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges. I believe therapy should be as individual as the person seeking it, which is why I offer a personalized approach that draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities based on your unique needs, strengths, and goals.
At the heart of my practice is creating a space where you can feel safe being yourself—without judgment. I bring warmth, empathy, humor, creativity, and authenticity into the therapy room. I believe in using my authentic voice to help you discover, trust, and embrace your own.
As a strength-based therapist, I won’t simply tell you what to do. I will ask thoughtful—and sometimes challenging—questions that encourage you to look beneath the surface, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you, and better understand where those patterns began. Together, we will make room for difficult emotions while also recognizing the strengths, resilience, and inner resources you already possess.
My goal is for you to leave therapy not only with greater insight, but with practical tools you can use beyond the therapy room. Through our work together, I hope to help you create greater balance, experience meaningful growth, strengthen your relationship with yourself and others, and develop a deeper understanding of who you are and what you need to feel well.
You are welcome here. I am committed to providing an affirming and inclusive space where people of all races, ethnicities, gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, ages, religions, body shapes and sizes, and abilities are treated with dignity and respect.
